Felicia is an employee in the department of Optics and Design with Burt G. on the Severed Floor of Lumon Industries.
History[]
Felicia was with Burt Goodman when they ran into the team from Macrodata Refinement, on their way to the Perpetuity Wing. Burt and Felicia were on their way back from an egg-drop challenge in the team-building space. Things were awkward and contentious between the two groups due to their mutual distrust, except between Burt and Irving, who had a mutual attraction.[1]
When Irving came to see Burt, Felicia greeted him and pointed him to where Burt was working. She later told Irving a second time where to find Burt, who was out replacing paintings.[2]
Felicia was working in the storeroom with the other O&D employees when Burt came in with Irving and Dylan and introduced the two of them as friends from MDR.[3]
When the team from MDR came to O&D with a proposal to work together, Burt took them into the storeroom, where the workers were making items with large printers, and introduced them. Mark shared his plan for them to look together and they share their mutual confusion about what exactly they were doing for the company. Burt suggested that he and Mark, as the department heads, could reach out to the goat department together to find out what they knew but their meeting was interrupted by Milchick, who escorted the MDR team back to their department.[4]
When Burt's outie decided to retire, Felicia attended his retirement party, where they watched a video recorded by Burt's outie, took turns saying goodbye to him, and enjoyed some melon.[5]
Felicia was with Elizabeth when a doctor came in and asked if they had something. Elizabeth opened a door and gave him some trays of instruments, which he took with him and left.[6]
Felicia decided to undergo the severance procedure and began to work at Lumon Industries. She is unaware of the details of her employment, knowing very little about the work done at the corporation.
Felicia is a friend of Burt G. from the department of Optics and Design on the Severed Floor. She is wary of the Macrodata Refinement department due to the rumors that they were monsters.
When Irving came to O&D for the first time since Burt's retirement, Felicia welcomed him happily. She shared fond memories of Burt with Irving and said the only time she'd ever seen him scared was the first time he went to see Irving. Irving then showed her the sketches he'd made of Burt, one each day he wasn't allowed to see him. When she saw a drawing of a hallway in his book, she asked how he knew about the exports hall. They send a lot of shipments there and used to go alone until Lumon started sending a guy. Irving asked her if she remembered how to get there.[7]

Felicia is a older woman with brown skin and gray eyes. Her hair has gone gray and she keeps it curly and tied up off her face. She is alway seen wearing her blue Optics and Design coat and green security badge on a lanyard.
